5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, where one of our customer services representatives will take your order.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Pure hairdressing will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Availability
The majority of our products are available from stock, however some items do have individual availability times. This can be checked in the ‘product availability’ field on the relevant product page. If your order is likely to take any longer than this stated availability, one of our customer services representatives will contact you to let you know.

All goods that are in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours, following receipt of order and confirmed payment.

Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any delivery.

Payment to Pure Hairdressing can be made in the following ways:

Credit/debit or charge card
Call 01622 632 642 with payment details or use our secure on-line ordering system. Please do not email any credit/debit or charge card details for security reasons.

We do not except Electron due to sercurity reasons.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email if you have placed your order online. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact orders@purehairdressing.co.uk so that we can investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Amending Your Order
If you wish to make any changes after you have submitted your order to us, such as delivery address details or quantity of goods, please email: orders@purehairdressing.co.uk or call customer services on 01622 632 642 within one hour of placing the order. We cannot amend any orders once they have been processed.

Dispatch Confirmation
We will contact you when your order has left our warehouse to inform you when to expect your delivery, we will also let you know the courier company, any tracking numbers, and any relevant contact details. Please keep your dispatch confirmation in a safe place as we may require this information in any correspondence.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting our customer services team by telephone on 01622 632 642. This must be done within one hour of placing the order. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be sent out to you. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.
