Allof our stylists receive regular training at the Kensington Academy inLondon, and attend many industry events, building on their knowledge,skill set and creative ability.
Our stylists work towards promotion based on their own merit, quality of work and working standards.
Salon Owner
Manyyears of practical experience, advanced hairdressing, advanced cutting,advanced styling, team management, consultation skills, customer care,in salon training, quality control and staff development.
Senior Art Director
Manyyears of practical experience, advanced hairdressing, advanced cutting,advanced styling, team management, consultation skills, customer care,in salon training and quality control.
Artistic Director
Advanced colour correction, advanced cutting, advanced styling, team management, in salon training and quality control.
Senior Stylist
3 years practical experience, advanced colour education, advanced cutting and finishing, and creative cutting.
Hair Designer
2 - 3 years practical experience, competent in all aspects of hairdressing, cutting and colouring, creative cutting and styling.
Graduate Stylist
Infinal stages of training but not fully qualified, gaining experience with clients, not as experienced and may require assistance from more senior stylists.
As part of our team we also have individuals working in specialist fields such as hair up, hair extensions and ateam of technicians that work alongside our stylists to provide ourclients with invaluable advice in all aspects of colour correction,colour preparation and colour application.
