The Racoon System provides arguably the finest hair extension service in the world. It was first demonstrated in 1994 at Salon International. Since then, Racoon has become the undisputed market leader in the UK.

At Pure we place great emphasis on the quality of the hair that we use. Traditional wig making techniques like carding, blending and two-way drawing all play a vital part in the preparation of raw hair to make it fit for extension purposes. We offer three ranges of hair:

Euro hair
A product that is smooth and sleek with a slight natural wave. Colour may be entirely natural or achieved through careful processing. This is the ultimate natural product.

Standard hair
Our standard hair products are sourced from Asia. What was once dark and straight may now be blonde and wavy. Whilst there are greater after care considerations with standard hair, it is less expensive than the Euro equivalent. However it can look equally fantastic and is sometimes better suited to certain hair textures.

Synthetic hair
With over 70 colours (42 natural shades and 28 vibrant) for you to choose from in straight or classic wave, synthetic hair is great addition and fun for parties, weddings or as a fashion accessory.

Beyond the salon
Racoon has teamed up with product development experts to formulate a range that meets the special needs of extended hair.

By balancing gentle cleansing and moisturizing agents with natural plant extracts, Racoon have produced tailored treatments for every stage of the hair extensions process. From clarifying hair prior to application through to home styling, the Racoon-Xtend range takes care of it.
