Apply10p size amount of shampoo to your hands, rub hands together to form alather and apply all over ( no need to put it on the ends) massage headgently make sure you reach all those hard to reach areas like yourcrown and nape of the neck. Rinse out the shampoo do a secondapplication if needed, then finish with your favourite Paul Mitchellconditioner.
